By accessing and using VASST services ("Services") provided by VASST Indonesia ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a software studio that builds communication platforms connecting WhatsApp with AI and leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) to integrate with various services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
VASST is a software studio that builds communication platforms connecting WhatsApp with AI and using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to communicate with various external services. We also provide custom software development that leverages AI to help increase productivity. Our services include but are not limited to:
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Certain Services require payment of subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement or required by applicable law.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent billing periods.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. This includes data processed through our communication platforms, AI integrations, MCP connections, and custom software solutions.
You retain ownership of your data, including business communications, customer data, and information processed through our custom software solutions. We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing our Services, except as specified in our Privacy Policy or with your explicit consent.
The Services, including all communication platforms, software solutions, content, features, and functionality, are owned by VASST Indonesia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit to our Services and any custom software solutions we develop specifically for you under separate development agreements. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.
For custom software development projects, intellectual property ownership will be specified in the project agreement, with clients typically retaining ownership of custom solutions developed specifically for them.
We strive to maintain high availability for our communication platforms and services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability, including updates to AI integrations, MCP connections, or custom software solutions.
Support is provided according to your service plan or development agreement. We aim to respond to support requests within the timeframes specified in your service agreement. Custom software development projects include dedicated support terms as outlined in project agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VASST Indonesia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VASST Indonesia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through our Services. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
